On the way to work we discuss how Aperture, ISO and Shutter Speed work together to calculate exposure. The key take away point is that if you use the fully automatic P mode that the camera is set to be default. You may run into rolling shutter and phasing issues as P mode gives the camera the ability to auto configure its shutter speed on the go. By setting the movie recording mode exposure setting to S instead, you can manually set and lock the shutter speed to the recommend 2x fps setting (60 or 30 fps). Allowing you to film with confidence that your footage will come out natural looking.
