El CORO TEJIENDO CANTOS bajo la dirección de la maestra Fernanda Caro interpreta I Will Sing With The Spirit, composición de John Rutter (1945)
JAIRO AUGUSTO OJEDA BENÍTEZ (Maestro)
“El maestro Jairo Ojeda es pilar e inspiración del movimiento de la canción infantil latinoamericana y caribeña, no lo duden. Les aseguro que no improvisa livianamente cuando pregona que todos podemos cantar, él sabe que todos somos artistas que participamos de esa gran fuente de vida y alegría que es la música y por eso nos arrulla y nos desafía con sus cantos, para que seamos más humanos y sensibles. Producto genuino del mestizaje cultural se arriesga con lucidez creativa y espíritu lúdico para tender puentes hacia la infancia tejiendo canciones y lanzando sonidos al viento andino, llanero o costeño. Son varias las generaciones de niños y niñas que han desatado sus voces y su imaginación en las alas de sus canciones”. (Julio Brum)
CORO TEJIENDO CANTOS
El Coro Tejiendo cantos nace como una iniciativa de coristas de diferentes disciplinas quienes se reúnen bajo la batuta de la maestra Fernanda caro.
Han participado en diferentes iniciativas como el Coro Mil Voces por la Paz, Diplomado Nacional de Dirección de Coros 2016, estreno del Concierto para Coro y Ensamble Instrumental con obras y géneros de Colombia del maestro Oriol Caro.
Se ha presentado en diferentes escenarios con música sacra y vernácula, como el Teatro de Bogotá y Asociación Cultural Vuelo.
FERNANDA CARO (Directora)
Realizó estudios de Dirección Coral en la Universidad Central bajo la guía del maestro Luis Díaz Herodier, se desempeña como directora coral en la Fundación Nacional Batuta con sede en Soacha, en Integración Sistema Musical donde está a cargo del Coro Infantil y Juvenil, también es directora y fundadora del Coro Tejiendo Cantos.
Adelantó estudios musicales con énfasis en canto en la Universidad Central bajo la dirección de la maestra Sarah Cullins, en dicho proceso dio recitales como solista en salas como la Teresa Cuervo del Museo nacional de Colombia y participó en el montaje de la Ópera Dido and Eneas de Purcell, A Hand of Bridge de Samuel Barber y Menotti y parciales de ópera como Despina en Cosi fan Tutte y Cherubino en Le Nozze di Fígaro de Mozart.
Se ha presentado como solista en oratorios como la Fantasía Coral de Beethoven, Gloria de Vivaldi y Stabar Matter de Pergolesi. Ha participado en el Coro de la Ópera de Colombia bajo la dirección del maestro Luis Díaz Herodier en los oratorios Carmina Burana, Misa de Coronación de Mozart, Novena Sinfonía de Beethoven, Requiem de Verdi, así como en diferentes producciones de ópera, también ha formado parte del Coro Filarmónico de Bogotá en distintas galas.
Participó en corales como el Coro Femenino Piccola Capella bajo la dirección del maestro Antonio Moreno, así como del Coro Integración y de Cámara de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia bajo la batuta del maestro Rubén Darío González, con los cuales ha trabajado un rango diverso de música sacra y vernácula y, en los que se destacó como solista.
