In this video we compare the fan noise of the 15 inch versus the 13 inch. The 15 inch's fans range from 2,000 to 6,000 RPM while the 13 inch ranges from 1,000 to 7,000 RPM. In my testing I noticed that the 15 inch was slightly louder than the 13 inch however the sound was deeper and not as high pitch as the 13 inch. When connected to a 4k display the noise levels are pretty much the same. They both run quiet on YouTube 4k and Final Cut Pro, and in Xcode it depends on how intensive the app you're using, the only anomaly I found was in Cinebench where the 15" and 13" did increase their fan speeds at the same rate but the 13" cooled down faster, that being said the 15" got a much higher score 🤷 WHERE TO BUY MacBook: http://vtudio.com/a/?a=macbook MacBook Pro 2018: http://vtudio.com/a/?a=macbook+pro+2018 Best Value eGPU: http://vtudio.com/a/?a=gaming+box+rx5...
